Kale Quinoa Bowl


INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups spinach
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1/8 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • Olive oil based dressing

        DIRECTIONS

        • Add kale and 1 tbsp of lemon juice into a bowl
        • Massage for about 1-2 minutes
        • Combine all ingredients and drizzle olive oil based dressing before serving to serve this
