Protein Packed Antioxidant Smoothie


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 2 scoops of KOS
  • Some cinnamon
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • Handful of spinach

    DIRECTIONS:

    • Add 1 cup of frozen blueberries, 1 sliced banana, 1-2 tablespoons of chia seeds, 1-2 tablespoons of hemp seeds, 2 scoops of KOS, some cinnamon, and a handful of spinach to a blender.
    • Pour in 1 cup of almond milk.
    • Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
    • If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk until desired consistency is reached.
    • Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
