Spicy Salmon Bowl


  • 1 oz Fresh Raw Salmon
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon
  • 1 tablespoon lite tamari/gluten free soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced,
  • Scallions, Chopped
  • Fresh Cilantro
  • Sesame Seeds


    • Preheat your oven's broiler to 500°F.
    • Cook brown rice according to package instructions using chicken bone broth or water.
    • Cut the raw salmon into equal pieces.
    • In a bowl, mix dijon, soy sauce, and sriracha. Coat the salmon evenly with this mixture, and place it on a lined baking dish.
    • On another lined baking dish, place jalapeños, onion, and scallions.
    • Broil both dishes in the oven at 500°F for 6-8 minutes. Space out the pieces of salmon and broil them on the top rack, about 6 inches from the top of the oven.
    • Then assemble your bowl, adding sesame seeds and fresh cilantro on top.
    • Enjoy your meal!
